WHEW! After an outrageously fun season of visiting baller high schools and going to the fastest meets we've ever seen, it's time for us to gear up for Championship time. Hopefully you are all already doing the same! We've sharpened our photography hands, squared in our shirt pressing, buffed up our random and Nike knowledge, honed in our eye for overpronation (and that pesky suppination!), and polished up all the latest shoes for trials. You should know, Black Velvet has not gotten any better at NCAA Football 2009, but thats because it simply wasn't possible for anyone to be any better! 

Anyway this week Bethlehem and Greenwich High School should expect visits from the monstrous Spike Bus and its crew, with a grand finale at Saratoga State Park for NYSPHAA Section 2 Championships - a course Tom calls his second home course.

N.E.R.V. will be hitting a couple CT schools that tore it up this past weekend at the CT State Divisional Championships. Pat and Jared are pumped to hang out with Bristol Central and Darien, which finished 1st and 2nd in their respective class races. They will be closing out the week with appearances at the NYSPHAA Section 4 and 3 Championship races on Thursday and Saturday, with a visit to MSIT in Staten Island sandwiched in between on Friday.
